Chiropractic

Move better, build strength, and take control of your long-term health.

What it is and Who it Helps

Chiropractic care supports people experiencing pain, stiffness, or restriction involving the spine, joints, muscles, and surrounding tissues. It may assist with concerns such as back and neck pain, joint stiffness, muscular tension, postural or work-related discomfort, and movement problems associated with sport, exercise, or everyday life.

This service is suited to people looking for more than short-term symptom relief. Treatment is designed to help you understand what may be contributing to your condition and develop the movement, strength, and confidence needed to manage it effectively.

Our Approach

At Pure Sports Medicine, chiropractic care extends beyond adjustments alone. Our longer appointments allow time for a detailed assessment, a clear explanation of your condition, appropriate hands-on treatment, and the introduction of corrective exercise where required.

Chiropractic adjustments and other manual therapy techniques may be used when clinically appropriate. However, treatment may also include mobility work, gym-based rehabilitation, progressive strengthening, movement retraining, and practical advice around posture, activity, and load management.

Rather than relying solely on ongoing passive treatment, our aim is to address the factors contributing to your condition and give you the knowledge and tools to manage your physical health with greater independence.

What You Can Expect

Your initial consultation provides time to discuss your concerns, assess your movement and physical function, and develop an individual treatment plan. Where appropriate, treatment may include chiropractic adjustments or manual therapy, followed by corrective exercises completed in the clinic or gym.

You will also receive clear guidance on exercises and strategies you can continue independently. Follow-up appointments allow sufficient time to reassess your progress, provide treatment where needed, and advance your rehabilitation.

The number and frequency of appointments will be based on your individual needs, goals, and response to treatment—not a predetermined schedule of indefinite ongoing care.
